It is so important to take care your skin, it goes through the wars everyday!!! I can't stress enough how much water plays a massive part on your skin!

*You must drink plenty of water EVERYDAY!

*SUNCREAM, is it worth damaging your skin for a glow? NO!

*Cleanse your skin

*Don't exfoliate or scrub too often

*Avoid soap on your face

*Get a good workout in

*Get rest, sleep at least 6 hours a night

*Less stress equals less wrinkles - Take time to look after you!

*No smoking, it damages your skin and can make the signs of ageing quicken

*Healthy eating. Look after your insides will benefit the outside!
